Delivery policy

1. Area we serve

We deliver within Hong Kong: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and the Outlying Islands. We do not offer a shop counter for collection. The address you enter at checkout is the one we give the courier.

2. When we dispatch

After payment is confirmed, we pack and hand the parcel to the courier within 2 business days. Courier time starts from handover, not from the moment you click Confirm order.

3. Courier time

Hong Kong Island and Kowloon: usually 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. New Territories: 2 to 4 business days. Outlying Islands: 3 to 6 business days, depending on ferry and weather. These are estimates. If the courier is delayed, we will write to the email on the order.

4. Delivery charge

Hong Kong delivery is a flat HK$40. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of HK$800 or more ship free within Hong Kong. The charge (or “Free”) is shown in the cart and at checkout. There is no extra fee at the door.

5. Tracking

A tracking number is sent to your email when the courier confirms collection. Keep your order number if you need to ask us about the parcel.

6. If no one is in

The courier may try more than once. If the parcel comes back to us, write so we can arrange a second run. We may charge the HK$40 fee again if the address was incomplete or wrong.

7. Damage or loss

If the wrapping arrives torn, refuse it or note it on the courier slip. Photograph the parcel and email business@shunhe.shop within 48 hours. Replacement or refund follows our Returns & exchanges page and the Sale of Goods Ordinance where it applies.

8. More than one piece

Items on the same order leave together when stock allows. Rarely a piece may follow in a second parcel; we will say so by email.
