Returns & exchanges

Hong Kong does not give a general cooling-off right for all online clothing sales. This page is our shop policy. It sits alongside the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) if goods are not of merchantable quality or do not match the description, and the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) for how we describe pieces.

1. Change of mind (7 days)

You may return an unused piece within 7 calendar days of delivery. Tags should still be on, and the item should be in a state we can sell again. Tell us through the contact form or email business@shunhe.shop, with the order number.

2. Size or style exchange

Besides change of mind, we allow one size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock. If we do not have the size, we refund the price of that piece and the original delivery charge where it applies.

3. How to send it back

After you write to us, we send a return address or a courier instruction. Do not post a parcel without that note — unmarked boxes can go missing. Keep the courier receipt.

4. Who pays the return run

For change of mind and size exchange, you may be asked to cover the return to us, unless we agree otherwise in the reply. If the piece is faulty, SHUNHE pays the return courier.

5. Faults

If a piece arrives damaged, badly made, or clearly different from the listing, tell us within 48 hours of noticing an obvious fault, with photographs. We will repair, replace or refund as the case requires, in line with the Sale of Goods Ordinance where it applies.

6. What we cannot take back as “change of mind”

Worn, washed or torn pieces, items without tags when tags were needed to resell, or returns after 7 days, may be refused. Strong perfume or smoke also stops us putting the piece back on the board.

7. Refunds

FPS and card refunds follow the payment operator’s timetable, usually within 10 business days after we receive and check the piece. Bank transfer: we credit an account in the same name as the original payer.
