1. What these terms cover
These terms govern use of shunhe.shop to browse the catalogue and buy clothing and accessories from SHUNHE GARMENTS CO., LIMITED. By sending an order or a form, you confirm that you have read this text and the Privacy Policy.
2. Accuracy of details
Checkout details must be true. A wrong invoice name or address can delay the invoice or the parcel. We may refuse an order if we reasonably suspect fraud.
3. Prices and stock
Prices are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). Stock is as at the moment we confirm payment. If a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you.
4. Orders and payment
A contract is formed when we confirm that payment has been received. You may pay by Faster Payment System (FPS), Visa or Mastercard, or bank transfer. Bank transfers typically clear in 1 business day; the order stays pending until then. FPS is usually confirmed shortly after transfer.
5. Delivery and returns
Times and charges are set out in the Delivery policy. Change of mind and faults follow Returns & exchanges. Retail sales in Hong Kong are also subject to the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) and the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362), among other laws.
6. Intellectual property
The SHUNHE name, site text, layout and photographs belong to SHUNHE GARMENTS CO., LIMITED or to licensors. Do not copy them for commercial use without written permission.
7. Conduct
You must not attack the site, harvest other people’s data, or use the contact form for spam. We may refuse to serve abusive requests.
8. Availability
The site may go down for maintenance. We are not liable for your network, your bank, or a payment operator beyond what Hong Kong law requires.
9. Law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable rights you have as a consumer.
